At Draco Slides, we want you to feel like you're walking on clouds; if your footwear isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges. Ensure your slides are unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the slides in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
